The Bowery is named not only as an homage to one of the owner's favorite movies, Gangs of New York, but also the historic street in lower Manhattan, which originated from the Dutch word farm. Farmer’s lived by the motto: you reap what you sow meaning, one harvest in the same measure as one’s exertions. Much is the same at The Bowery Craft Beer & Pizza in Fullerton.

We believe the more you invest in your community the better it is for all. We work closely with sports teams and schools in many philanthropic capacities. The Bowery also works in close partnership with the non-profit Autism foundation Fullerton Cares, in raising money, awareness, and employment opportunity for the special needs community.

In 2016, Holly Lane, Larry Houser, Joesph Keenan, and John Skehan from Bourbon Street Bar & Grill partnered with their friend, Taylor Potts; in hopes of fulfilling a missing piece in the Fullerton community. The five sought to create a classic pizza parlor with a modern twist for not only kids and families but adults as well. Almost one year later The Bowery Craft Beer & Pizza was born. Here at the Bowery one can find not only a classic pizza parlor vibe with many games, TV’s, and pizza choices but also a full bar and 33 local craft/classic beers on tap. The Bowery is one of the only pizza places in the area to get pizza by the slice New York style, but also has the largest pizza in Fullerton with a whopping 22’!! The Bowery is a great place to hang out and have fun or host a team party or private event. Come in and try one of the unique cauliflower dough pizzas or grab a beer and slice and play some games, either way, you are assured to have a great experience.
